Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, and international shipping to Canada, are available at an added cost. We do not currently ship to countries outside the United States of America and Canada at this time.

Orders placed Monday – Thursday after 2:00pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be PROCESSED within 2-3 days. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their product is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of your HumoCure™ electrolyte products. Due to age restrictions for use of this website (see Terms & Conditions), no information obtained by this site falls within the Child Online Privacy Act (COPA) and it is not monitored as doing so.

Please allow up to 4-6 days for your order to arrive. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as international shipments to Canada, may take up to 10-14 days to arrive. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options. We thank you for your patience.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you may be unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify or replace any products that may have been damaged in shipment, or that were incorrectly shipped.

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept any returns of any items that have been opened. If you wish to return a sealed, unopened product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will reply with instructions to request a Return Authorization and for us to process a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, and unopened.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
